Message from IALLA's President, Philip Nowicki (GA)
October 2008
Greetings:
On behalf of IALLA, I’d like to thank all of the members and subscribers who
were able to attend our annual conference held in
I believe those who attended this year’s conference would agree that it was both informative and interesting as promised. The conference survey results indicate that the speaker presentations on the challenges facing the automobile industry, negative equity and green cars and the panel discussions on lemon law repair attempts and attorney participation at lemon law hearings were popular topics.
For next year’s conference, we plan to continue with this format and to offer
other substantive topics regarding motor vehicle issues and lemon law
claims. Once we have selected a time and place for next year’s conference, I will share that information
with you.
Sincerely,

Philip Nowicki, Ph.D.
IALLA President
